High 5 Casino has been around since 2012, so it has had time to build features nobody else has: Diamonds, a 4-hour bonus timer, the Daily Harvest and Prestige VIP. It also has more rules than a brand-new site. These answers come from High 5's terms, our review, SweepsKings, more than 3,600 Trustpilot reviews and the sweepstakes forums.
Welcome and codes
Is there a High 5 Casino promo code?
No. 250 GC, 5 SC and 600 Diamonds are added automatically once your account is verified.
What are Diamonds?
High 5's third currency. You cannot redeem them, but you can spend them on Boosts on Demand in qualifying slots to trigger or enhance features.
Do Diamonds guarantee a win?
No. A boost activates a feature, which then plays out with the game's normal odds.
What is the age limit?
21.
Can I buy coins?
Yes, optionally. First bundles add up to 245% extra SC; standard packs follow after.
Free coins
What is the 4-Hour Bonus?
A timer that refills free coins every four hours. Claim it when it is ready; it does not stack while you are away.
What is the Daily Harvest?
A once-a-day bonus on top of the 4-hour timer.
How does the mail-in request work?
3 SC per accepted request on a 4 x 6 card, any ink, with your code from My Account, sent in a #10 envelope. Your account must be verified first.
Are there app-only offers?
Sometimes. The iOS and Android apps occasionally carry offers sent by push notification.
How does Prestige VIP work?
Points from play move you through tiers with better bonuses and perks. See our home page chart for the tiers.
Redeeming
What are High 5's redemption minimums?
50 SC for gift cards and 100 SC for cash.
How long do High 5 redemptions take?
Gift cards usually 1 to 3 days; cash 3 to 10 business days.
Is there a daily limit?
$10,000 a day, or $5,000 in Florida.
Do Sweeps Coins expire at High 5?
Unused SC can expire on inactive accounts. One Trustpilot reviewer lost 20 SC and recovered it only after escalating. Play regularly.
Why does my selfie keep failing?
Usually lighting or glare. Use daylight, remove glasses and hats, and hold the ID so every edge is visible.
Games and apps
How many games does High 5 have?
More than 1,750 from about 23 providers, including High 5 Games' own slots, NetEnt, Nolimit City, Hacksaw, Booming and IGT.
Does High 5 have live dealers?
Yes, Evolution tables for blackjack, baccarat, roulette and poker, with GC or SC.
Is there a High 5 app?
Yes, native apps for iPhone and Android with the full library, notifications and biometric login.
Can I see slot RTP?
In each game's info screen. Our RTP guide explains what the number does and does not tell you.
Account
Why was my High 5 account closed?
The most common reported reason is a duplicate-account flag, often from two people on one device. Contact support in writing; our account problems guide covers the steps.
How do I set limits or take a break?
Set purchase limits and reality checks in your account, take a 1, 7 or 30-day time-out, or self-exclude by emailing [email protected].
